I would be suprised if you ended your cut much under 200lbs. If you maintain your size well, you will look straight up nasty!

Damn. 10x10! I hit 4x12-15 and my abs are WRECKED by the end of it. I can't even use much weight when I put it behind my head.
Also, 240! Damn. I'm only 225 now. I don't ever want to be 250 again. I was 242 at one point and felt slow and tired all the time. (Placebo? Maybe. Idk)

And I agree to an extent.. last time I was 240 (and the past when I'd hit a quite chubby 230) I felt sluggish as fuck. Right now I feel great though lol.. still trying to do at least 1 day of cardio/week. Plus my workouts are so intense now with this hypertrophy work it feels like I ran cardio when I get done (+ more sweat
