Hit them with more volume!
I'm currently doing 16 sets for bis & 16 sets for tris.. well 20-21 if you count my "light" days earlier in the week.
Everything else is higher volume than that ofc

High volume >>>> for mass.. I can personally attest to this to an exorbitant degree
I've only done a few true mass oriented routines and each time I substantially increased in size rather quickly
now I'm at it again (have been for a couple months now) and don't wish to switch back over to the previous hybrid workouts I used to do, yielding lackluster results in all areas

16 sets.... Are you trolling atm ? LOL holy shit.

I know a lot of people give Balla shit, but I have always liked his physique.

thanks bruh
it's because obviously I've never went for that pure "aesthetic" look just yet.. I start cutting down and become dissatisfied with my mass so I keep bulking lol
Hopefully this bulk will be it though and I can finally cut down to achieve my goal

Had a lil arm pump in these so was sitting at a bit over 19"
Bulking until next march-april and then hopefully I'll have enough size that I'll feel comfortable getting under 10%

Well I've posted at least 4-5 pics

@Shane yeah man I can attest the benefit of high volume. Don't know why everybody here finds it too much when you do like 5 sets for arms lmfao

Well it pushed my lifts really well for the first 2 years I started doing it. I've probably only added 20-30lbs to each of my lifts over the past 6 months though, and haven't really gained anything for size. Guess my body is way to used to it.

I've been eating damn near the same for the past 3 years, i don't really see why it would be the diet when the diet hasn't changed.

oh lord
obviously you wont grow more when you eat the same you did 3 years ago.
you need to eat more calories now since you have grown and need it more due to more training.

Well i'm not really interested in increasing my caloric intake above 3500-4000 a day, so i'll have to find something else to change up for improvement.

Who ever said you need to eat 3,5k-4k calories a day?

eat whatever you have been eating for the last 3 years and just increase it with 300-400 calories and you will see that you start to grow.
