I'm currently doing 16 sets for bis & 16 sets for tris.. well 20-21 if you count my "light" days earlier in the week.
Everything else is higher volume than that ofc
High volume >>>> for mass.. I can personally attest to this to an exorbitant degree
I've only done a few true mass oriented routines and each time I substantially increased in size rather quickly
now I'm at it again (have been for a couple months now) and don't wish to switch back over to the previous hybrid workouts I used to do, yielding lackluster results in all areas
