Had a lil arm pump in these so was sitting at a bit over 19"
Bulking until next march-april and then hopefully I'll have enough size that I'll feel comfortable getting under 10%

I hate you, for over a year now i've been trying to break 17.5. Mother fuckers just wont go.

Hit them with more volume!
I'm currently doing 16 sets for bis & 16 sets for tris.. well 20-21 if you count my "light" days earlier in the week.
Everything else is higher volume than that ofc

High volume >>>> for mass.. I can personally attest to this to an exorbitant degree
I've only done a few true mass oriented routines and each time I substantially increased in size rather quickly
now I'm at it again (have been for a couple months now) and don't wish to switch back over to the previous hybrid workouts I used to do, yielding lackluster results in all areas

Are you kidding me? That seems like a crazy amount of sets for one area.

You don't realize how your body will really grow until you give it the PROPER stimulus each week
of course I feel you need to work up to the volume I suggested over time :P

I've seriously always just ran a 3x6. Did really well with it, but everything just sorta stopped... :(

Well it pushed my lifts really well for the first 2 years I started doing it. I've probably only added 20-30lbs to each of my lifts over the past 6 months though, and haven't really gained anything for size. Guess my body is way to used to it.
