Nobody that posted condescendingly has been doing it longer or is more knowledgeable though lol.

No offense Balla but you're being cocky and you don't take advises. You said yourself you havn't done much deadlift in your lifting career. I do think I have more knowledge than you in deads/olifts

That being said, Your body body is not ready to lift that much weight with good form. It reminded me of Andrew McInroy.

This whole thread is really over exaggerating the rounding of his back.

Was there rounding? sure. Was it severe? No. Was it acceptable for a 1rm assuming he isn't doing 10 sets of these a day? imo yes.

Gettin' stronk Balla. See you at 600 :D

Well your form lacks too lol jk :P

Remember it only take 1 time to injure yourself badly. 1rm should always be done correctly. One shouldn't forget about form because he's lifting his max.

It's far from over exaggerating. All lowerback

Edit: I'd add that after looking at this pic and his starting position, the bar was too far from his shin befause de bar path wasn't straight

Well, a still picture really does your argument some justice.

I concur. Lol.

My 600 video was beautiful. Maybe a hair of rounding but that's it. :P

edit - Balla is that against your shins? You're really going to make it harder on yourself to keep your chest up with it dangling a foot away from your shins.

Maybe it's just the pic though. :O
