Hopefully he doesn't actually mean that much....thats a bunch! youd finish a normal bottle in likea week lol

only problem is...you really need to be loading urself with lots of complex carbs after your first workout and tons of protein from actual food sources. Regardless of how many bcaa's you take, your body can not continue at that level of intensity without actual good food fueling it.

You can have as many bcaa's as you want with no negative effects.


also avoid the grapes, oats are 23564363x more important...you can have some dried fruit in your oatmeal for flavor and added post workout sugar.


Oh no, I'm only listing the first part of the day. The rest of meals I'll be eating chicken/fish/scallops along with veggies or nuts.

So do you think my plan for the morning portion works?

Yes Piller, I do mean that much. 3 softgels with every FOOD meal. in perfection....thats 9 fish oil softgels per day...considering the ideal is to eat 3 meals and have 3 shakes. 9 fish oils a day is FAR from extreme.

If you are serious about fat loss and overall health, this is one of the most solid methods to pursue.

my brother is trying to gain 20-30 pounds but he's a beginner, doesn't know which supplements to use, which foods to eat, etc. could you give him some advice on what to use? :( (through pm) thanks.

Rofl i got syntha-6 i was just thinking that was the name because i read it and just thought that wass the name =/. And ill get that all do you recommend a site? via pm
And do you recommend a fat burner or no?
