keep working hard, rome wasnt built in a day and neither is a great looking back.
stick to the basics though, weighted pull ups, heavy rows (of all types) and watch your back grow.

Took some pictures this morning after the workout, not to great though since the only places I've got mass on is back/legs.
184cm/6ft - ~ 85kg/188lbs


Trying dat dere Walkingtall spread, no success.

Relaxed front, you can actually see the outlining of like 3 abs!
