Hello Raynor,
I am interested in Charles Poliquin's Full Body Structural Balance Assessment - could you point toward a book or something on the web. I would like to conduct this structural balance assessment on myself and a friend. Do you have any knowledge on the subject? Anything would be helpful, thanks!
This is the only easy-to-read resource on the web that I could find with a brief google search:

Every muscle group must be within a reasonable range with respect to strength and endurance in order to maximize effectiveness in many avenues.
Example - a person with extreme upper body strength, and poor lower body strength will unfortunately have the problem of not being able to generate nearly as much power as someone with good upper body strength and good lower body strength. Also, the CORE strength is highly overlooked and should be viewed as EXTREMELY important, as the core can govern just about every single exercise and feat of athleticism imaginable.
