Nothing iffy so far! Energy is up, libido is great, strength is still rising (even in my push lifts) It's too early to see anything negative I think at this point until I get to a lower bf. The macros are treating me quite well thankfully.
I will keep it in mind though as having a second knowledgeable opinion is immensely handy given I've never been as low body fat as you've achieved. The second something goes awry I'll let you know.

Yeah the 1lb per week is of my choosing this early only due to the amount of bf I was already holding. When I get farther down I will probably slow it down to .5, I'll see how I feel and what lightbro's opinion is in the future.
