i can probably deadlift 250+....should i? HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL no.

take advice from people who have been doing this longer and are more knowledgeable ( not talking about myself, cuz i don't know shit)

gonna snap all kindsa shit doing dls...i see small twerps at the gym all day doin dls..

i've never dld and i'm 230 lbs at 8% body fat

squats are a must though
