So weak compared to what you look like, BUT it doesn't really matter what you lift if you look good IMO, to an extent.

Looks like you have genetics of my little brother, 4pack and big obliques. :hug:

Lol @ neg, I don't agree with your statement at all.
Never used to DL/Squat until recently which is why those #'s are low (for now) ,I wasn't into bodybuilding before, I was a triathlete. Then I got bored of all the joint pains from over training in regards to long distance running, so I decided to switch it up and start body building instead.

Used to do high intensity circuits/plyometrics for caloric burn / definition, boxing classes , long distance swimming (4km - 5km) and long distance running (17km - 23km).

Neg meaning negative comment? I really didn't mean it bad, more surprised at numbers to body, you look awesome.
