Lol @ neg, I don't agree with your statement at all.
Never used to DL/Squat until recently which is why those #'s are low (for now) ,I wasn't into bodybuilding before, I was a triathlete. Then I got bored of all the joint pains from over training in regards to long distance running, so I decided to switch it up and start body building instead.
Used to do high intensity circuits/plyometrics for caloric burn / definition, boxing classes , long distance swimming (4km - 5km) and long distance running (17km - 23km).
