Macro nutrient ratios for clean bulking? (carbs/fats/protien%)

Trying to figure out the macro's I need to I can better organize my meals.

For a clean bulk, I usually like to advocate somewhere in the area of 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fats.

opinion on supplement GABA ?

I personally like it. I use it with my sleep stack every night.

NOW! GABA - 1 pill every night before bed. Best used with melatonin, L-Dopa, and Arginine+Ornithine.

is there anything that helps with acid reflux?

Yes, absolutely.

1. More water (1-1.5 gals a day)
2. Less acidic foods (stay away from anything acidic, and increase consumption of alkaline foods - google these)
3. Avoid acidic beverages like coffee, tea, soda, etc.
4. Increase probiotic intake (eat 1-2 cups of greek yogurt per day, and take a 10 billion strain probiotic that MUST contain b. bifidum)

sup raynor i see your swamped with questions right now but im going to throw this out for when you have a moment. what is the optimal intake of fat(grams) for cutting and for bulking? which type of fat should i prioritize as well?(poly/mono) right now i been shooting for 50gs atm but i been feeling a bit sluggish i may  move some carbs around for more fat

im 6'1 207 pounds

1. Cutting (non keto) = around 30% fats
2. Cutting (keto) = around 60% fats
3. Bulking = around 20% fats

Always prioritize polyunsaturated fats, but monounsaturated fats are fine as well. Avoid saturated fats, but strive for a minimum of 2:1 ratio of unsat to sat.

many reasons, but I reserve the primary basis to the following:

1. long-term moderate/severe, or short-term moderate/severe side-effects.
2. Increased risk of suicide, especially during times of non-use.
3. Physical and mental dependency.
4. Long term health concerns.
5. Not treating the cause of the problem, but rather patching the effect of the problem.

but what if the problem is purely biological?

Then the problem needs to be fixed biologically. However, depression is a very complex issue which is almost never caused PURELY by biology. Hormonal imbalances and/or physical deformities resulting in the former must be treated, and not masked by anti-depressant drugs.

do you think 15 years of undiagnosed hypothyroidism could have anything to do with it? my psych instructor, who is an LCSW was telling us of a relation between thyroid disorder and psychological problems.

I'm taking synthroid now and I think my TSH is normalized.

I'm seeing my GP for this tomorrow so if you have any advice for my appointment it would be appreciated

I would definitely go so far as to say that hypothyroidism definitely can cause depression.

If you have been taking synthroid (Levothyroxine), and your levels are normalized, so should the cause of the depression. HOWEVER, if the depression persists, there might be more to the story. We then must examine what is causing the hypo-active thyroid...AND the depression.

Have you have a complete blood panel done? If so, what were the results? Anything unusual?

Have you had an Xray panel, CTScan or MRI to examine your head and organs for unknown masses?

Could be 2-3 months. I would advise constant R.I.C.E and increase your fish oil consumption to 3g per food meal.

Also you can try Universal Animal Flex (1 packet per day). Try to keep the area mobile, but don't over aggravate it with complex exercises like bench press. If you DO want to do these exercises, wrap the area with a good quality elbow wrap or use powerlifting sleeves.
