e/ I know it's not much of a big deal but just making sure.
I can probably eat 2 almost everyday and it wouldn't do much but just do what's recommanded^^

About the natural peanut butter
Does it happen that there's some written "100% natural" or "All natural" and theyre not and how do you difference?
There is no protein in a plain tomato sandwich. If you can fit the bread and tomatoes into your diet macros, then go for it....but it sounds like a lot of excess carbs without any protein.
Secondly...just read the ingredients for the peanutbutter. They should have nothing more than peanuts, oil, and salt and/or sugar.
