It may not look like it but I lost about 35lbs of fat. A lot of it came off my legs and some off my belly and chest. I've hit my target weight (185lbs) But I'm not satisfied yet. I would like to be quite a bit more toned.

Bare in mind some fat though, I don't see any noticeably difference apart from fat myself.
Bench is 5kg higher than it was when for some reason, I was strongest at ~155lbs (now 172lbs)
You can't see on that pic but I think I've made some slight progress on my latts too.
