I built my back actually with barbell row/pull ups etc
Some stiff leggd deads on leg day for lower back and upper(inner) back

rack deads are great for density thou :)

Yeah I have decent width but I need a lot more mass/thickness.

I started lifting June 2012 then had to take a month off in August cause I got some stitches on my back and couldn't do much upper body movement otherwise I could have had nasty scarring.

Started seriously lifting (good nutrition too) with goals in Sept 2012
