deadlift I'm having trouble, injury issues, so I'll rep 3 plates for 5

squat, same story, but 315 for 8 on my 5th set last week, again I'm not pushing myself there
bench is going up, 3 sets of 100 DBS incline easily for 6. which is progress,
prob near 300 for a flat bench pr
db ohp 90s for 5 final set
just throwing it out there but my rom is mostly flawless, as full rom as possible on every lift.
if I wanted to 90 degree some gayness numbers would be different
