edit;

why are dudes obssessed with cutting carbs, isnt it all about calories?

do people cut carbs as a way of cutting calories?

so if my calories are 500 under is their point in cutting carbs further? (and replacing lost calories)

cutting carbs is a way faster as only - 500 calories
if you want from 100kg to 96 kg - you can finish your goal under a month with cutting carbs

lmao....that was very entertaining.

Let me clarify....your daily calories are only 500????

It isn't all about calories. Carbs directly influence glycogen. Your body needs to have completely depleted glycogen to start burning stored fat.

The lower the carbs, the less glycogen, and the easier to start burning fat.

If you are only taking in 500 calories a day, you are severely starving yourself and will risk tremendous muscle loss.

I would HIGHLY advise that you take in approximately 500 calories less than your body needs for BMR. Then exercise on top of that.

example, if your body needs 2,000 calories per day, you would eat 1,500 cals....but also exercise for at least 500 cals...thus a total of 1,000 calories burned for the day.

Interesting question lol..

Alexia fries. ... I weighed out 10oz before cooking then

After cooking I had about 6....

Would they lose weight after baking them?
I'm confused haha.

I weighed out 10 oz - 3 for gf and 7 for me and after cooking them I weighed out her 3oz then weighed mine and it was only just over 3oz!!!

Yes, baking still eliminates much moisture, especially from a FROZEN product. Frozen products will quickly lose water density as they reach high heats.

The best way to measure the total weight is to refer to the bag to see the serving size in grams. Take that number and multiply it by the number of servings. This will give you a total grams amount per bag. From there, weight the contents of the whole bag. Then, if the gram amount you got, matches the same the scale gets, then the company is using frozen weight. If the weights do NOT match, it means they are using pre-frozen weight.
