You've gotten bigger though. How much have your lifts gone up since you upped the cals so much
They all seemed different to me so I didn't know what to do
Also even though I have upped my calories and everything, I am still under all of my maxes because I am still working up my lifts from messing my shoulder up unfortunately. Yesterday I did 135 3x8 though and I never would have been able to do that in December when I hit my max. I'm still a little worried of going too heavy and putting too much stress on anything so I have been doing higher reps recently. I plan to go for lower reps in the next few weeks and start doing body weight stuff again as well.
Since I went higher on my calories I have been having such an easier time and I can't wait for beginning of July. By then I will hopefully be 10 pounds more than when I hit all of my maxes.
