Yeah I know dude I fucked a hammies and I couldn't train so I decided that since I wasn't going to be able to put on mass/strength in a long time, I may as well lose weight. I sure have lost a ton of muscle along with the fat (I'd say I've lost like muscle and fat equally even) but I'm more comfortable now

Sounds like you dun goofed.

Wouldnt you rather of gone to maintenance cals to preserve the muscle? Lose the fat later rather than spend much more time trying to put on the lost muscle whilst gaining some + the fat u jst lost lol...
better yet go into a slight deficit and still train around ur single hamstring?

I guess as long as your more comfortable, keep doing you brah.
