Hello Raynor,

I wanted to add an accessory chest workout. Was thinking about incline or decline barbell bench. Which would be better to go along with flat barbell bench? The general consensus after doing google fuu was half and half regarding decline/incline bench.

What you recommend?

incline bench only engages about 5% of the upper chest.

decline bench engages about 20% of the lower chest.


Decline is more efficient than incline, so I'd go with that. However, a good few sets of cable flies 21's are extraordinary. 7 reps to the top, 7 to the middle, and 7 to the bottom.....excellent pump hits all angles of the chest.



edit:: pec-deck is also decent for widening the chest.

Sup dood,
I'm IFing atm, and I know for sure I am not getting enough fiber in my diet. I don't really want to switch around my macros, so what are some good supplements for fiber? Pill or powder?

Also, just curious, whats a good amount of fiber that a person should be getting on average? What should I aim for?

whats your take on the whole "organic food" craze? is it just overpriced food, should everything be bought organic, only buy it if you have extra money, only buy xyz organic and buy everything else normally, or what?

Yes.

It depends what you are using it for.

To treat mild anxiety, general mood disorders, or very mild depression - it works well.

True HGH injections....could increase your bone length (height and so forth). The risk of certain diseases and cancers increases exponentially in patients with excessive growth hormone present.

Test support? As in real test injections? You would not need that at 17....but if you were to take them, you would build more muscle at the expense of angry mood swings, more acne, possible depression, and even possibly gyno symptoms without proper PCT.


I would avoid both.

30g per day.


Try psyllium husk powder. As far as switching your diet, if you can squeeze in a 130 cal bar, these are excellent:
