incline bench only engages about 5% of the upper chest.
decline bench engages about 20% of the lower chest.
Decline is more efficient than incline, so I'd go with that. However, a good few sets of cable flies 21's are extraordinary. 7 reps to the top, 7 to the middle, and 7 to the bottom.....excellent pump hits all angles of the chest.
edit:: pec-deck is also decent for widening the chest.
