what potassium supplement do you recommend?

i'm looking at amazon, and these two seem to be the most common

99mg potassium citrate
550mg Potassium Gluconate

i'm tempted to go with the Gluconate just because it has a higher dosage

Citrate is better. However in the US, we can only purchase 99mg per pill potassium per the FDA.

The best bet would be to just eat bananas and/or sweet potatoes for the potassium. You generally can throw down plenty of potassium with just those two....but heres a big list:

certainly.

Arginine acts as a vasodialator, which improves pumps, vascularity, and decreases blood pressure.

Every day. You should separate dosage by at least 4 hours.

quick question

i take the naturesmade 720omega3 mg and right now im taking 2 per day as the bottle "recommends" a maximum of 2 per day

wondering if i can up it to 3 a day to get over 2000 omega3 mg per day but im not really sure about doing it as the bottle doesn't say anything about taking more than 2 :S

Yes you can definitely take more lol.

Those bottles have very skewed directions to appease the FDA. You can take much more omega 3 than that lol.

For sublingual methylcobalamin what dosage do you recommend. I want to feel significant effects from it. (are there any side effects for dosing too high?)
