My routine is like
Mon; C&J, frontsquats, rackjerks,squats
Tues; Snatch, frontsquats, snatchpulls, back
Wed; C&J, hangcleans, frontsquats, cleanpulls, squats
thursday; snatch, frontsquat, snatchpulls, OH squats
friday; disco and core
saturday; snatch, C&J, squats
sunday; snatch- & cleanpulls, (bench like twice a month), squats
Doing alot of light military/pushpress/rear delts/shoulder discolocations etc on every pass aswell.
Shoes are great, love them long time. I'd say they are really important if you squat alot or/and do OL imo.
