Creatine definitely does work. Your friend is unfortunately wrong. Yes, you do gain water weight, but you also gain strength and size.

I would advise Kre-Alkalyn instead of monohydrate.

Distilled water is only good for pre-contest when you are attempting to get to the absolute leanest state with no water retention. Distilled water is devoid of all minerals and not advised to drink as a regular hydration source, unless you manually add minerals (such a concentrace mineral drops)

EC is definitely good. I do not recommend the ECA stack, so it's good you only suggested the EC.

Ephedrine + caffeine should be at:

25mg ephedrine
200mg caffeine


2-3x per day maximum with 12-16 oz water.


keep at eye on your heart rate and blood pressure.

Would you recommend starting at half the dosage to see how I respond to it? And how long would you recommend the cycle to be?

Hey! So this past year been wanting to cut down a lot of fat on my body.. mostly around my gut & chest area. Got any advices on how I can cut down the fats around those areas ASAP?

Also been watching my diet and working out 3x a week but its going way to slow for my liking. Got any advices on how I can cut down the fats around those areas ASAP?

Hey there. Thanks for the kind words!

That sounds like acute peripheral neuropathy. Has she seen a doctor yet? I would highly recommend she get checked out asap

edit:

You also might want to have her try ice and heat and see if either of them makes the hand feel better....this can sometimes lead onto a conclusion faster.

You can try 10mg ephedrine and 100 mg caffeine 3x per day to start if you wish.

No longer than 4 weeks straight with a 2 week break afterwards.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. You need to lose fat in general to get those areas fixed up to your liking. Basically you need a caloric deficit and plenty of exercise. See the above post.
