i seem to get mini break outs from time to time, with my diet i wouldn't think to get as many as i do albeit i don't get ALOT but a few annoying ones here and there, i take zinc 100mg at night, drink more then 1 gallon of water a day, only thing i really drink. not sure what could be causing my acne any clues / tips ? , i clean my face once a day with dove soap.
what i hypothesize is either from the protein powder (milk - dairy) , or the insufficient amounts of greens I'm not intaking. Your thoughts?

In reference to your exact question - it could be all kinds of things. Do you take supplements besides protein shakes? If so, what kinds? Any medications?
Also, do you shower immediately after a workout? Do the breakouts occur during any particular time/pattern?
Do the breakouts occur in any particular area of your body?
