as far as back exercises....

deadlifts, lat pulldowns, pullups, DB rows, BB rows, lawnmower rows, cable rows, good mornings, bent over rows, lower back hyperextensions, rope pulls, rack pulls, reverse pec deck, etc.

hey raynor

i've been looking at the cyclical keto diet...
i have been working on a cutting diet for myself, but i have included rice and nuts in my diet because i also still want to gain muscle rather than lose or keep it the same. there are a lot of carbs there obviously

what would be a good alternative to rice and nuts? should i just stick with a bunch of chicken breast, ground turkey, and ground chuck/lean ground beef, and cut out brown rice and nuts?

whats are your thoughts on this
what about liquids to drink, milk? water? green tea? what should i be drinking and what should i be drinking most of?

thanks for any help!

Don't worry. It's extremely mild and absolutely not a hormone product. It's safe to take. You probably won't see much from it. This product is mostly for older men who need the test boost.

Thanks so much.

Do you recommend any products to get my libido higher? I don't know if it was psychological, but I felt like i had a much higher sex drive. Enjoyed that aspect of it.

my diet pretty much is the following foods,

oatmeal , tuna, protein powder, whole wheat wraps, sometimes black beans, some fruits, veggies rarely as of late...

i seem to get mini break outs from time to time, with my diet i wouldn't think to get as many as i do albeit i don't get ALOT but a few annoying ones here and there, i take zinc 100mg at night, drink more then 1 gallon of water a day, only thing i really drink. not sure what could be causing my acne any clues / tips ? , i clean my face once a day with dove soap.

what i hypothesize is either from the protein powder (milk - dairy) , or the insufficient amounts of greens I'm not intaking. Your thoughts?

I understand. Just do whatever you CAN do. There is no need to risk further injury. Let your body be the guide.

Use the product then if it worked for your libido. There is no reason NOT to use it.

You could try NOW! Testojack (similar product)

In reference to your exact question - it could be all kinds of things. Do you take supplements besides protein shakes? If so, what kinds? Any medications?

Also, do you shower immediately after a workout? Do the breakouts occur during any particular time/pattern?

Do the breakouts occur in any particular area of your body?
