I successfully did 2 sets of one plate bench press last night and it felt great. Did 2 sets of it and stopped because the shoulder felt iffy, but did 6 reps the first one and 5 the second. Probably could have pushed out one more for each set but I'm still a little uncomfortable with pushing too much with my shoulder. 20 more pounds till I reach my max back in December when I was 155.
Sitting around 163 pounds right now. Took a quick picture before jumping in my hot tub of course.
