Hey, I got a blood pressure check at my gym today (one of those machines that wraps around your arm and squeezes and then releases pressure). It came back 98/65. I did it 2 months back and it was also pretty low, 90/70. My resting heart beat was 48 bpm. Is this normal for a person who has been quite active in the past few months and years? (Good amount of HIIT cardio, weight lifting etc)

What's your take on Maltodextrin, which i think is used to add volume to stevia? Currently I use both NOW! and Stevia in the Raw. Both products have a small amount of carbs, which I'm assuming count towards Keto and also come from Maltodextrin. i read up on it on wiki:

Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide that is used as a food additive. It is produced from starch by partial hydrolysis and is usually found as a white hygroscopic spraydried powder.[1] Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose

I'm limiting myself to 1-2 packets per cup (8oz) of unsweet almond milk so i dont get out of control like I did with splenda years ago

What is the proper form for running? I've always landed on my heels, but my coworker read something somewhere that said you're supposed to land on the front of the foot. My coworkers run the 10k and half marathons, so i'm trying to run more seriously and maybe one day join them

last week i weighed in at 180.6 , today i weighed in at 181.2 , I'm on a deficit and i am being very active as well as doing IF , however on friday i had just finished my loading phase of creatine at  15 g per day , and sat - now I've been doing 5g , is the reason my weight went UP  because of the creatine ? or.... what?

Yes, excess water weight. This is completely normal with creatine.

Absolutely. It shows that you have strengthened your heart muscle considerably. The low BP is most likely due to good diet and good circulation.

The maltodextrin is indeed a carb. However it's in very small amount in the stevia. Just keep an eye on it.

Depends how they are fried. Regular "fries" are fine as well, if they fried in a good oil.

The best recommendation is to find Alexia brand Sweet Potato Fries. They are in the freezer section of the grocery story. They are unbelievably good and bake up crispy.

Yes, technically running by touching the front of the foot to the ground first is more mechanically correct for your body. However, it's unnatural for most of us, and makes trying that difficult.
