this was like 2 weeks after I got out of basic training for the air force so I was almost as week as I am now ):

Terrible form I think it was at the end of my work out though I can't remember It's 3 years old.

It's like (i might be off with a few lbs up/down)
250x10, 250x6
270x5
300x3
220 with 43sec paus at bottom.

I train shoulder pretty much, can upload a pic with good angle nvm I can't take pics for shit...
My routine is like
Mon; C&J, frontsquats, rackjerks,squats
Tues; Snatch, frontsquats, snatchpulls, back
Wed; C&J, hangcleans, frontsquats, cleanpulls, squats
thursday; snatch, frontsquat, snatchpulls, OH squats
friday; disco and core
saturday; snatch, C&J, squats
sunday; snatch- & cleanpulls, (bench like twice a month), squats
Doing alot of light military/pushpress/rear delts/shoulder discolocations etc on every pass aswell.

Shoes are great, love them long time. I'd say they are really important if you squat alot or/and do OL imo.
