I would advise using kre-alkalyn instead of creatine.

This requires NO loading, NO sugar/carbs, and NO powder. Just pop 2 kre-alk pills pre-workout and 2 post workout and you're good to go. Make sure to drink plenty of water though (1.5 gal a day is about right for max results).

Well, I just bought creatine Mono so what benefits should I see if any?

It says one of my scoops is 50 G and take 4 per day with water for loading and 2x scoops after 5 days to maintain.

i train boxing 3-4 times MAX, sometimes 2-3 its random. usually mon/wed/fri/sun. Anyways i also train strength, 3 times a week, should i train them on the same day as boxing to allow full days of just rest? or alternate, i.e boxing / lift / etc..?

is 2 days of strength training enough ? I'm cutting. what should i do, i want to do both.

You can train 3 days of strength and 3-4 days of boxing, but leave yourself at least ONE day of complete rest per week. That means one day might have both, which is fine.

Is it true that you should eat a lot of carbs before and after you workout but during the day, especially at night, you shouldn't eat a lot of carbs/calories? or is this bull?

it all depends.

if you are trying to cut, you need to dramatically reduce carbs.

if you are trying to bulk, you need more carbs to sustain proper muscle glycogen.

Excess calories will result in fat gain, period. The key on a good bulk is to keep your surplus calories to a minimum in order to promote anabolism but also hinder fat gain.

I just ordered a small george foreman grill. i'm youtubing for recipes and most of the steaks i see are brown on the outside and red on the inside. i think that's called medium rare? is that safe to eat?

Or do i have to cut the steaks in half so that i can cook them until they're completely brown? i think if i cook it without cutting it in half, the inside will be brown but the outside will be burnt.

Yes, that is safe to eat.

You don't need to cooks steaks until well-done to be safe to eat.
