what is your take on Silk Pure brand of Unsweetened Almond milk? it's the only one i see in walmart. perhaps you have another brand you'd recommend instead?
Ingredients: All Natural Almondmilk (Filtered Water, Almonds), Calcium Carbonate, Sea Salt, Locust Bean Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, Gellan Gum, Natural Flavor, d-alpha-Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D2.
One of the youtube chefs (Leanbodylifestyle) always uses it instead of milk when baking/cooking so i wanna give it a try.
Almond milk, while tasting good,
is virtually all carbs and no protein. I don't recommend it. However if you want to try it go ahead, The ingredients are fine.
oh, i think you read my question a bit too fast. i'm interested in the
unsweetened product, and the only carbs is 1g fiber. i can always add stevia

Now that I'm looking at the label again, what do you think about drinking this on keto? i dont see any carbs or citric acid. fiber is the dominating reason i can't handle the keto diet. the psyllium husk powder has a very strong taste, and maybe this will help mask it in a way that water can't.
if you give it the green light, i'll try experimenting with stevia/unsweet cocoa powder/psyllium husk powder ratios
