Hey man,
Now that school's out for summer, I've realized I can literally sleep for 20/24 hours of the day and still be tired...should this be a red flag?

that is certainly excessive to say the least.

You can oversleep to the point of feeling tired no matter what.

My advice would be to first go to bed an an appropriate hour for your body - say 11pm. Wake up at 7am via alarm clock or cell phone, etc.

When up, keep yourself up. Don't be lazy, go out and do things. Continue to work out as usual, but also take time to have fun.

Please give me any more information you might have.

Full body workouts focus too little on any specific muscle group to work it to maximum efficiency and exhaustion. Full body workouts tend to be more cardiovascular challenging, and will take much more time to do properly. Also, if you are always training full body, you will not be able to fully recover as you are constantly causing the body trauma without it being able to fully repair.

Compounds for cutting can be TOO traumatic to the muscles. Remember when you are training for cutting you are on a caloric deficit. This means less recovery and build-back from the microtears and traumas associated with the workouts. So when you are doing compound movements, you are doing something high risk that can cause injury more readily at your body's weakened state.

oh ok, how come the guy on lean gains site says to do compound strength whilst cutting o_O ?

e; what would be the reasons of one recommending a strength routine while cutting ?

So I've got a question...

I'm like 99% Certain I have gyno symptons I have are

- Puffy Nips
- Lump behind nip (I can feel it's pretty big and there's a loose little ball it feels like not sure)

There is nothing I can do at this point except for surgery right or is there some sort of way to do this

It has me really depressed about my body image.
