protein powder tends to give me break outs, so i try to refrain from too much, the BCAAS i have are , Per 2 capsules - L-LEUCINE 500MG / L-ISOLEUCINE 250MG / L-VALINE 250MG.

also during my cut, as you mentioned 1750 workout days / 1500 non, what would be the macro break down ? , also what would the result be from 2000 calories on boxing (cardio) AND weight lifting days, and then 1700-1800 on non ?  would i still yield the results i so desire ?

1. That means the capsules are 1g each....so proceed accordingly.

2. The macros should be either 40/30/30 (protein/carbs/fat) or 40/40/20. Just remember, protein is 4 cal each gram, carbs are 4 cal each gram, and fat is 9 cals each gram.

3. If you jack up the calories more, it will take longer to get down to the level you want. Not that it's bad, but if you hate cutting cycles, it would not be a good idea.

Hey Ray,

is there any way to produce more eumelanin for darker skin? I'm naturally pale and not only am I pale, my skin is pale and RED. My skin is weird sensitive. Pale/red and colorless/red bumps all over my forearms up to my bicep/tricep. I'm wondering if you know anything about how to fix this without seeing a dermatologist? creams or lotions i can try? I'd like beautiful healthy skin on my body, but unfortunately my arms are giving me trouble.

Ive recently started tanning and still no luck. 3 times a week for short amounts of time.

Any help? Thanks!

Unfortunately the only method would be artificial. Meaning, you would need either a spray-tan or a gradual tanner/bronzer and apply it regularly. The problem is, these are unhealthy for you in the long term. I would advise to just keep getting 20-30 minutes of direct sunlight every day and see if your body manages to adapt. If nothing happens in the next 20-30 days, I would highly advise either coming to terms and avoiding any more than 20-30 mins of direct sunlight (like your skintype should), and possibly try the artificial tan.

This may have been posted before but im late on the train....

Whats your take on Shakeology?  Worth the money?  Good for you?

I dont think theres much argument for it being *bad* for you per say.  Do you think its worth the price tag?
Do I need to be at serious exercise regiment to justify this purchase?

Shakeology is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! Avoid it all costs.

The price tag is obscene for what you get. You could create your own shakes for not even 5% of the price. Read the ingredients and macros and you'll see what I mean.

What if I was trying to lean down and get a 6 pack?
Would hypertrophy not be a program I want If I'm trying to lose BF?

Correct. You'd want something like this:

sample cutting diet (non-keto) 2,000 cals

It could be anything, I need more info. When did it start, what aggravates it, when does it stop, inside or outside the skin, what makes it better, etc.

I would advise washing the area thoroughly, applying hypoalergenic talc powder and let it sit without a shirt for a few hours and see if it feels ok.

might be sweat or detergent related.

Started a few weeks ago...idk what aggravates it but I notice it when doing random stuff (sitting at a desk/walking down a hall)

It's inside and rolling a ball on it feels good but doesn't fix it

Have you seen a doctor yet? This could be nerve related if it feels internal and resembles itchiness.

If not, I would highly advise you see one and get the are looked at. You will probably need an ultrasound and/or xray of the area.

edit::

but for now, try to ice the area when it acts up and see if that helps. If not, try to apply some topical witch hazel or aloe and see if that helps.

if neither help, it's definitely internal and will need to be properly evaluated.

This may sound stupid but I just measured myself at the gym and I'm
137.4 pounds 5.8-5.9 tall and im 15 years old
Yet I can't see my ab's and it's very hard to lose weight atm
So I'm wondering should I bulk instead and lose weight later?
And If so what program could you recommend me for bulking / diet

Hey there.

I started having some knee pain after running ended up going to the physical therapist today - it appears I have patellar tendinitis, he said it was due to not properly stretching before and after running. By chance do you have any videos / other sources on what "perfect" stretching for warm up/cool down would be?
