when do i take GAT jet fuel? i DONT do cardio in the morning i do it in the evening and thats AFTER i workout , keep that in mind. Also isn't 1750 - 1500 a little to low ? with boxing and weight lifting that seems far too low, i was thinking 2000-2200 on non/workout days.

E:also i plan to do intermit fasting , so when would be a relevant time to take the GAT jet fuel capsules? says 2-3 in the morning, then 2-3 before lunch, but my lunch won't be for a while. Should i take some pre workout on an empty stomach ? (most likely will be working out fasted)
1. jet fuel in the morning on empty stomach and pre workout.
2. the calories are correct to cut down to the weight you want within a 2-3 month period.
3. 5g bcaa pre workout, 2.5 g every 45 mins intra workout, and 5g post workout (or just have a shake pwo and skip the 5g).
4. For IF, you would take the jet fuel at the same times. 2 morning and 2 pre workout.
