2. the calories are correct to cut down to the weight you want within a 2-3 month period.

3. 5g bcaa pre workout, 2.5 g every 45 mins intra workout, and 5g post workout (or just have a shake pwo and skip the 5g).

4. For IF, you would take the jet fuel at the same times. 2 morning and 2 pre workout.

It could be anything, I need more info. When did it start, what aggravates it, when does it stop, inside or outside the skin, what makes it better, etc.

I would advise washing the area thoroughly, applying hypoalergenic talc powder and let it sit without a shirt for a few hours and see if it feels ok.

might be sweat or detergent related.

The best way to go atg is to perform squats with NO weight and go as low as possible. Try it with feet close together and gradually going apart further. Go as deep as possible, hold it static for 10-15 seconds, come back up and repeat. Do this several times a day for a few weeks and you will be ATG.

i can't get GAT jet fuel in canada, um... how many BCAAS capsules do i take a day? and when abouts?

Drink black coffee instead.

I'm not sure with regard to the capsules, it depends on how much bcaa in each capsule.

stick to the dosage I recommended if at all possible. You can overcome the need for bcaa caps if you drink a shake pre and post workout

protein powder tends to give me break outs, so i try to refrain from too much, the BCAAS i have are , Per 2 capsules - L-LEUCINE 500MG / L-ISOLEUCINE 250MG / L-VALINE 250MG.

also during my cut, as you mentioned 1750 workout days / 1500 non, what would be the macro break down ? , also what would the result be from 2000 calories on boxing (cardio) AND weight lifting days, and then 1700-1800 on non ? would i still yield the results i so desire ?

Hey Ray,

is there any way to produce more eumelanin for darker skin? I'm naturally pale and not only am I pale, my skin is pale and RED. My skin is weird sensitive. Pale/red and colorless/red bumps all over my forearms up to my bicep/tricep. I'm wondering if you know anything about how to fix this without seeing a dermatologist? creams or lotions i can try? I'd like beautiful healthy skin on my body, but unfortunately my arms are giving me trouble.

Ive recently started tanning and still no luck. 3 times a week for short amounts of time.

Any help? Thanks!

This may have been posted before but im late on the train....

Whats your take on Shakeology? Worth the money? Good for you?

I dont think theres much argument for it being *bad* for you per say. Do you think its worth the price tag?
Do I need to be at serious exercise regiment to justify this purchase?
