with regard to calories, if you want to cut to 170 lbs, get your calrories to around 1,750 per day on workout days, and 1,500 on non-workout days. I would not advise training 7 days a week, take one day off.
when do i take GAT jet fuel? i DONT do cardio in the morning i do it in the evening and thats AFTER i workout , keep that in mind. Also isn't 1750 - 1500 a little to low ? with boxing and weight lifting that seems far too low, i was thinking 2000-2200 on non/workout days.
also When and how many BCAAS do i take while cutting.
E:also i plan to do intermit fasting , so when would be a relevant time to take the GAT jet fuel capsules? says 2-3 in the morning, then 2-3 before lunch, but my lunch won't be for a while. Should i take some pre workout on an empty stomach ? (most likely will be working out fasted)
