On your cut plan, should I deload ever?
Should I be concerned about trans fats on your keto diet? If so how much is too much?

A combination of things. Probably relatively short height, focus on one particular exercise, intense training, good diet, and of course, steroids.

also universal animal cuts is not really very good. Try GAT Jet Fuel and/or just plain black coffee.

with regard to calories, if you want to cut to 170 lbs, get your calrories to around 1,750 per day on workout days, and 1,500 on non-workout days. I would not advise training 7 days a week, take one day off.

I would not advise it, as you can end up training too much and causing your body too much trauma in a short period of time. Stick to 1x per for now.

Deload is only necessary after the cut is complete.

with regard to trans fats, ALWAYS AVOID TRANS FATS!!

don't take any if you can avoid it.

so i have a weird internal tingly/itchy feeling on my back near my right shoulder blade...its really annoying

any idea what it is?

how many hours do u suspect i have before i die?

what ingredients have the trans fat? Labels are very misleading since the FDA lets companies put 0 on labels even if it actually has .5

when do i take GAT jet fuel? i DONT do cardio in the morning i do it in the evening and thats AFTER i workout , keep that in mind. Also isn't 1750 - 1500 a little to low ? with boxing and weight lifting that seems far too low, i was thinking 2000-2200 on non/workout days.

also When and how many BCAAS do i take while cutting.

E:also i plan to do intermit fasting , so when would be a relevant time to take the GAT jet fuel capsules? says 2-3 in the morning, then 2-3 before lunch, but my lunch won't be for a while. Should i take some pre workout on an empty stomach ? (most likely will be working out fasted)
