Just use google translate, it says the same things as he did. WalkingTall is German or at least speaks it.

These aren't the first at all we find frauds about once every 3 months seems to be more now a days though.

Mind you walkingtall has been here a long ass time, and I was wondering a long ass time ago on TC but meh couldn't be bothered. I would still be happy to see it not be the case, but pretty sure Germany has spoons.
