Been lifting 5-6 times a week since the beginning of college (about 3 months)
Trying to burn fat build muscle etc.
I've gone from 155 to about 164 lbs. and gained considerable mass

dont worry about losing fat, focus on gaining mass for 6 months then cut down for a cpl months


i was naturally stronger than you tbh no lifting

my thoughts exactly but yeah, if you've put on considerable mass in those 3 months i'd hate to see wut you looked like before you started lifting. you need to keep working at it bud, eat twice as much as you do now, and lift three times as hard

eat anything and everything in your path? pretty much lol. shit i got a sweet new cook book for christmas with a bunch of really sexy looking recipes in it. grilled swordfish steaks with a kalamata olive relish? :O:O:O or perhaps pecan-crusted lime-grilled chicken breasts
