I use Optimum Fish oil, about to run out, just ordered two bottles of NOW! Omega 369.

Honestly just go with the cheapest one. Fish oil = Fish oil.

not really

while the selection on bb.com is pretty similar in terms of DHA/EPA numbers, there are much better ones out there.

You can take multiple gels to up the dosage if you need to.

Also, I find it ironic that this is coming from someone thinking xtend is pricey

pound for price, the 10lb bag of NOW! 100% Whey Isolate is the best product for protein...PERIOD. Mix ONE scoop of that with ONE scoop of Muscle Milk for the cheapest, tastiest, healthiest, and most nutritional protein blend you can get for the price.

put phonebooks under the bench to make it decline ;-)

as for pushups with added weight, yes these are highly effective. have someone sit on your back if possible

Not that it matters...but I had a great day at the gym today for the first time in a while.

Flat Bench Press - 225 x 30 reps with no pain. This is a first for my shoulders....which during the last 1 year have been giving me a ton of problems. My solution that I think might benefit those of you with persistent shoulder problems ice your shoulder(s) that are giving you problems at least 2x a day....but in addition, try using a product called Traumeel. Its a homeopathic product...so I was skeptical at first...but now my shoulders feel great....and I know it wasn't ice alone - because I have iced it before without nearly this good of results. Just something new for you gents to try.

ABSOLUTELY.

Decline bench is highly important for overall chest strength and building the lower pecs
