well, i try to hit the target muscle. so i really focus on a good form, not just bringin the weight up and down. there's a difference.
60kg on the bench can feel like 120 if u want to.
and guys.. i don't look roided lmao. u have seen a few pictures in a mirror. you never saw me live, i may look smaller live. dont know.
