What's the best scheme for improving your 1rm bench press in one month? I got talked into doing a BP competition that I wasn't prepared to do. Also deadlift..

I recently lost a lot of weight. I am still working out and eating healthy, but I have a lot of loose skin.. What are your suggestions to tightening up my skin without surgery. I have heard about bio oil but I'm not completely sure if it will work...
I am 22 year old female.

Thank you

Yes sorry my english isn't really good.

Technically yes. You gain muscle density and muscle maturity which can yield strength gains without size gains. However, usually in time, you will continuously gain size along with strength.

Hey there,

Quite honestly you have two choices.

1. Increase muscle mass in all the areas of loose skin (this might not be desirable because you are female)

2. Get the surgery.

I can not stress this enough - the only permanent solution to fixing a lot of excess skin is most definitely surgery. It's better to get it now when you're young rather than wait until you are older.

Good luck!

Yes, but I'd advise Kre-Alkalyn.

Try Sci-Fit Kre Alkalyn 1500 caps.

Hey man!
I was wondering: it's sadly been a few months since I've been to the gym, for which I have no real excuse. When coming back, should I wait until a few workouts in to reintroduce kre alk/supplements? Just curious, thanks!
