not really
did 2-split, push&pull for a long time. On off on off
made some strength gains etc. did 3x5 or 5x5 on bench & deadliff.
heavy pullups+ rows, heavy dips, heavy ohp
Weights increased, my regeneration struggled. Changed to push pull legs then. on on off on off
Now its on on on off. still testin if i can handle that volume..
