Why would you want to bulk for one month and then cut for one month?

That isn't nearly enough time for either to be done properly.

What would be a proper time for both? and would you have a training for me?

Hey ray,

Never been on an airplane!  I'm sure you have ...

I'm flying to Florida monday,

What would be the best way to bring whey protein ?
And my multi/ fishoils ...

And can I bring brown rice haha!?

I'm unaware of how that works .

Thanks

Put the protein powder tub(s) into your regular luggage, not the carry-on.

Make sure it's in regular sealed containers with all the labels still affixed.

Don't bother bringing the brown rice...it costs around $1.50 per box here, so just buy it at the store and save yourself the headache.

If you want to bring it ON BOARD, that won't happen. The TSA is apeshit nowadays for random liquids and foods.

Well it depends.

What is your height/weight/age and body fat %??

What is your current goal?

Do you have access to a full gym, or a home gym?

Do you have medical conditions/allergies?

No, it can't be in a bag. Original sealed package only, or don't bring it at all.

Yes I go to the University of Miami Medical School

Stats : 186 lbs / 5'11 or 12 weight / height

Lifting stats :
Squat 285 x 5
OHP 145 x 4-5
Bench 225 x 5
DL 325 x 5

i did strength routine for 3 months, then switched too PHAT routine, (hypertrophy/strength) , July and August i want to bulk, and gain size then cut. What would be the best routine to bulk on ? a hypertrophy routine I'm guessing ? could you provide me one

E; and at the end of august what would be a good weight goal to aim for ?

I prefer swimming laps in any style for as many laps as possible until failure, take a break and repeat.

Treading water is also very good for legs and core.
