well, i probably could squat more weight if i went for strength only.
my training is based on progression thou.  i actually don't go below 4 reps (only if i fail or do some heavy bench, then the last set might be at 3-4 reps)

for me it is important to feel the muscle even when it comes to heavy sets and low reps. i think no powerlifter really cares if he feels his quad workin during a max test or sth.
so i got a mixture of strength and bodybuilding aspects which works really awesome atm. but i m always focusing on liftin more weight, train by train.

my nutrition is like rice/chicken/oats/whey/veggies/fish every meal every day. there's no cheat meal.
even cottage is a cheat meal for me atm

also, when i was 16/17 i had lower back problems so i couldnt really go heavy on squats/DL.

and also: i live in germany. 150x8 at 19 is real good over here. i know, in the US, its not that good, but strength training/football assistance etc isn't popular here.
ppl play soccer or sth... gay, yes.

Bro you look great and your lifts are totally fine. no need explain yourself. keep at it!

Yeah I'd recon that based on your physique :P
I bet you could increase your lifts by an ridiculous amount if you focused simply on strenght for like 6 months.

Same in Sweden, we are you country with most gyms/capita but most gyms are for spinning and shit like that. Strenght/Bodybuilding is bit tabu here, although we have some of the best sub/juniors in the world for powerlifting

Most people here train for strength, as seem to be the norm in America, whereas in Europe people only train for looks, generally speaking

In fact until I joined this forums I'd never known anybody who trained for strength. Neeeever.

yes, but it doesnt change fact that most people in here add 20-40% extra weight on their stats.

Well we had that guy you mentioned, and box a. The rest of the people either have posted videos or are pretty trustworthy/don't claim anything crazy
