Work on it indoor with a wall.

-Hands about 1 foot from the wall.
-Do a Hand stand with your foot on the wall
-Get a little closer to the wall
-Flex your abs/back/legs
-Push your shoulders up
-Push the ground with the tip of your fingers

enjoy :)

By "push your shoulders up" Do you mean vertically or outwards? When you're upside everything seems backwards haha..

150 kg (330 Lbs) is a pretty good weight to be squatting for 8x reps at age 19.. Who knows, he could be doing 5-10 sets with that. In any case, genetics play a crucial role..

It's a crazy weight to be lifting at 19.
I 1rm 150kg in a deadlift, I'm 19 and believe it or not, stronger than a good percentage of my friends. (almost all of them thinking about it)

Its not as crazy as you might think, given the proper training routine and diet. He obviously has a much greater level of dedication than most people his age. Like I said, genetics >

For ~2½ years of training and his size 150x8 ain't that good tbh, I understand that he focuses on hypertrophy (which he's done extremely well might I add) and not strength though.

If you lift on a regular basis and your friends don't chances are that you actually will be stronger than they are (suprise!!!).

well, i probably could squat more weight if i went for strength only.
my training is based on progression thou. i actually don't go below 4 reps (only if i fail or do some heavy bench, then the last set might be at 3-4 reps)

for me it is important to feel the muscle even when it comes to heavy sets and low reps. i think no powerlifter really cares if he feels his quad workin during a max test or sth.
so i got a mixture of strength and bodybuilding aspects which works really awesome atm. but i m always focusing on liftin more weight, train by train.

my nutrition is like rice/chicken/oats/whey/veggies/fish every meal every day. there's no cheat meal.
even cottage is a cheat meal for me atm

also, when i was 16/17 i had lower back problems so i couldnt really go heavy on squats/DL.

and also: i live in germany. 150x8 at 19 is real good over here. i know, in the US, its not that good, but strength training/football assistance etc isn't popular here.
ppl play soccer or sth... gay, yes.
