Still working on it. It's fucking hard. I can at times but it's not very consistent. When we had nice weather it's all i was doing while i was outside enjoying the sun.
Work on it indoor with a wall.
-Hands about 1 foot from the wall.
-Do a Hand stand with your foot on the wall
-Get a little closer to the wall
-Flex your abs/back/legs
-Push your shoulders up
-Push the ground with the tip of your fingers
