You had me in stitches when you said "falling down stairs" lol

Anyway, to fix your issues, I would recommend TAPING the wrists and using gloves with wrist supports in them while lifting.

Also, try this supplement:

Universal Animal Flex

That helps with bones and joints.

Those are reasonably good stats compared to the normal world.

I recommend doing both DB and BB bench on hypertrophy days, but only ONE of them on strength days.

Just keep increasing the weight each week. Go for ONE additional rep of the weight you did the week before, and maybe 5-10 lbs more for another set of 1-2 reps. Keep the reps to 6 or less and the sets to 5 or less.

For GAT Jet Fuel, should I take 3 in the morning even if I workout during the morning?

They still use sucralose...so they are making a fraudulent statement saying "No artificial sweeteners"

As far as the flavor goes, I don't like them.

VPX Zero Impact is supreme in my opinion.

I don't know if you still remember me but I'm still on your 5x5 program. So far everything is going perfectly, however it seems like I have plateaued with regards to the barbell bench. I've been at the same weights for about 3 months now. Any suggestions?
