LOL at both of these.

Gentlemen, let's keep it on topic, as much as both posts were quite funny.

Will I gain definition from gaining muscle? I've gotten a little chubby over the year, but I'd like to have more muscle and definition. Is it possible? I weigh 180lb at the moment, how many calories should I be taking in and how much protein? Should I not worry about cutting calories since the muscle would burn the fat eventually? As I gain muscle, should I increase calorie intake? Ty!

You should probably go on a cutting cycle.

However, yes the more muscle you have, the more defined you look as long as your BF levels remain the same.

In addition, the more muscle you have, the more calories it takes to fuel your body on a daily basis.

So really, it's up to you which direction you want to go.

Thank you. What do you mean by cutting cycle? And see that is what confuses me. How am I going to define, if I need to keep increasing my calorie intake to keep on increasing muscle? Won't my body fat remain the same as it is now, and not get any lower even though I'm gaining muscle? Since I'll just be increasing my cal intake everytime I gain.

Besides getting the right amount of sleep and working out, are there any other ways to naturally raise testosterone levels in my body?

I've heard things like red meat, and if so. What exactly in the items is it that would raise testosterone.

In addition, can you explain how testosterone works in the body?

Thanks a lot Raynor. Do you use fg at all?

How would I go about clean bulking while maintaining decent bf levels?

5'11 165lbs ~11-12%bf ATM

My last bulk was a dirty bulk, being an ectomorph it was always hard to gain weight, 3k cals or so IMO would do the trick now

Trying to hit that 16 inch arm mark :S 15.5 inches was my biggest, 15's atm

The bottom line is that you probably want to do a cutting cycle, which means a period of time that you dedicate to losing body fat and preserving muscle mass.

Here is an example of a 2,200 cal diet for cutting

Hey there.

The biggest way to increase test production beyond eating enough, working out enough, and sleeping enough is a few ways:

1. Test increasing supplements - Try TestoJack by NOW! - It's very minimal compared to anabolics, but you can see some increased test levels by using it. Also try taking ZMA before bed every night. Try NOW! ZMA.
2. Increase Cholesterol Intake - The more cholesterol you eat, the more Test your body can produce.
3. Have more sex - Don't overdo it, but get your g/f or whichever woman you're banging out at the time, and have sex 3-4 times a week. Overdoing it makes you produce LESS testosterone.
4. Avoid Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco.
