I ripped my last pair of gloves and I have nothing to protect my hands with.. the bag is fairly new so as you can imagine its not quite worn in i guess you could say.

Hitting it with my bare hands would only cause injury. I find 15 min of cardio with the jump rope overall more satisfying neways, thus the reason I haven't bothered to put it back up.

e: @ Dangers, its a 100lb bag btw, not 50.

take to ground, that wouldnt change, and pound could be changed to punch and elbow or beat the shit out of

just take it easy and strengthen your hands, then you will become like a karate master
