For cashews, I've been just getting them from menards. "Imperial Nuts - Cashews Halves & Pieces, Salted" Unfortunately, in ingredients it says "Cashews roasted in peanut and/or cottonseed and/or sunflower seed and/or canola oil".
The nutrition per 1 oz is: 170 cal, 13g fat (2.5g sat), 8g carb (1g fiber 2g sugars), 5g protein.

For almonds I just buy raw almonds from pick N save / copp's.

Okay, so I'm about to start cutting, any suggestions on calorie intake, and reps/sets of exercises to do?
I'm 5'8, ~155 LBS.

hey i was just wondering when the best time to run is. Ive been thinking of doing HIIT in the morning but dont know if to eat before or not

don't eat. have a coffee or take your normal pump. do it right after you wake up.

Any brand of nuts is fine...however, stick to unsalted or lightly salted. The sodium content can add up quickly. Also make sure the nuts aren't cooked in any kind of bad oil like cottonseed oil.

Yes, as "GodLovesUgly" mentioned, please read the last few pages of this thread. I really don't have the time to answer very broad open ended questions that have been addressed multiple times in the past pages. If you can briefly educate yourself on some basics...I would be glad to help with any further tweaking. Thanks!

Gloryfield is correct. for morning cardio do it on a complete fast....don't take anything except for caffeine to maximize the effects.
