havent worked out in few days.... waiting for new protein to come in the mail and my neck/back still feels pinched

i smoked minimum a pack of cigs a day since i was a kid and quit this past year... i still don't do cardio bruh

i'm sure af not weak. especially just because i don't do cardio. i stand/walk/speed walk all day at work 7-10hr shifts. were not allowed to sit down and i do this 5-6 days a week but im not going to the gym to run on a freakin treadmill

apparently my protein and creatine will be here Thursday afternoon but i have a tattoo appt on Friday so i doubt i'll go to the gym tomm or friday... it's prob been about aweek since ive been anyways. gains coming soon ^_^

Don't think protein and creatine are gonna be magic, man. Based on the exercises you say you do in this thread and being at the gym for 30 mins.. you really needa step it up if you're gonna notice anything from the creatine after your body is saturated.

Using the excuse that you're waiting on your supplements to arrive before working out proves that you won't last, even when they do arrive.

Save your money and cancel your order, go back to smoking a pack a day, and don't try this whole idea of "working out" until you are fully committed. You'll save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

You don't have to go to the gym to do cardio. Literally walk outside and start running. I go to a hill at a park by my house and run sprints up it.

You seem to have an excuse for everything. You're going to give up once your gains get stagnant and you start hitting plateaus with that mindset.
