are you severely over weight or something? why are you only doing that for an entire day..?

lmao im 180 last year was 239. mostly running on 2 hours of sleep per day i used to train 2-3 times a week at gym now i got no more job and can barely shower and do basic things so im trying to do some exercise its not great but keeps me motivated.

honestly somethimes i go 2-3 days with 4 hours of sleep and cant do fuck all. chronic insomnia suck and cant seem to shake it off.

i see specialist and doctors and no one can figure out why i cant sleep even with external treatement and good diet and meditation and meds.

lack of sleep is no excuse bro, knock yourself out every night if you have to! find a heavy brick or something, and just drop it on your head! :P

lol thanks i know im just telling you how it is, i mean low exercise is better than no exercise right? lol

im gonna try to move more. soon gonna get a bench and do kettle bells and shit. hopefully i will go back to gym soon

ive seen ur post solid shit bruh impressive and ill lyk how the brick experiment goes xD

Should get off jsp and try sleeping. Going to sleep is something you need to practice if you have lots of stress in your life

Thxs ive stated meditation and relaxation techniques no more coffee and doing more in my day

Im addicted to jsp but 2 hours before sleeping i dont use blue lights etc thxs for advice
