WOD HOPE!!!
This one blows. Fight gone bad but worse.
3 rounds, 1 minute intervals, rest 1 minute after each round. Have someone count your reps for each round, add up all the reps at the end of the 17 minutes.
Burpees ( 1 minute )
Power Snatch 75lbs ( 1 minute )
24' box jumps
Thrusters 75lbs ( 1 minute )
Chest to bar pull ups ( 1 minute )
Rest 1 minute
Got an abyssmal 184 reps. My trainer got 230ish. After a week hiatus of sun and partying i'm going back hard.
