It's hard to tell how close the bar is to your shins but make sure it is coming up your shins.

It was my last set of 531. For 5 reps lol

Good looks tho. I think it was pretty close. Cuz in the warm up sets. A few reps were grinding my shins lol. I don't know about that set. I was getting light headed lol

how to reach 270 with 2 plates? do you have bigger ones in america than 20kg/45lbs? if so where did u get them. would like to have bigger ones.

I see why it's good to control the weight down when doing touch and go.
I don't see why you would wana slowly control it back down to the floor when resetting every rep.
